Résumé

Background and Aims: The constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) is known to be mainly involved in xenobiotic metabolism. The aim of our study was to assess whether pharmacological CAR activation could also affect cholesterol homeostasis in hyperlipidemic mouse models.
